Do not make any changes to this. We are watching species become extinct due to habitat loss and these "delays" are the only thing keeping them alive.
The biodiversity in our country is dropping at an alarming rate and I will oppose any changes to legislature that will negatively impact our environment. The only thing you're trying to expedite is the extinction of our native wildlife.
