No. Bill 5 should be stopped. The government should not be able to override laws in what is already environmentally protected area. If we let our government do this, then there is no way to protect our common lands.

If there is one thing that that government should be doing and regulating its our common lands and environment at we all depend on.

If this bills passes we have a situation of the “tragedy of the commons” on our hands, where self interested groups get to damage our shared resources; the environment.

If the government only had one job, this is it. Protect and regulate our common shared resources of land, water, and air, for the common good, and against self interested individuals and corporations.
