I oppose the proposed Species Conservation Act 2025.
You cannot protect endangered species if the only criteria for developers is registration and then they can go ahead and destroy habitat.
We have an incredible ecosystem with many endangered species that need protection rather than paving over for financial gains.
It is important for the Ontario government to be a steward of the environment and not the steward of developer greed.
Green spaces close to cities are important for mental health as well and regular health.
