This bill is a very Trumpian bill. We cannot fast-track things that affect nature, and give powers to override thoughtful processes that have been put in place to protect nature, which is our only hope for the future.
The Ontario government needs to withdraw this Bill and continue to work with experts and scientists, to ensure that any growth in the future is founded on a sustainable, resilient principles.
