This bill requires thoughtful planning and scientific evidence which I am inclined to believe is likely severely lacking. In a time where climate change is causing more and more natural disasters which can lead to unhousing of citizens, the argument that this would lead to more sustainable housing does not make sense. I wholeheartedly opppose this bill.
