As a previous Discovery Ranger with Parks Ontario I oppose bill 5. Aside from the obvious amount of revenue brought in by our natural resources and tourism industry, this bill will give undue influence to lobbyists, making our provincial government so easily bought we may as well sign the checks ourselves.

The sheer amount of corruption this bill will bring about will have earth shattering consequences for years to come.

I want stronger environmental protections and the protection of endangered species. I oppose shortcuts for industry. I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones. I oppose corruption at all levels of government and remind Doug Ford that people should not be afraid of their government- the government should fear their people when they sell their best interests to their wealthy friends for a quick buck.
