We have historic proof of what developing unproper lands can causea, like the dust bowl that impacted crops and the quality of life for us and live stock for years. We need to plan with caution and make smart decisions that keep our wildlife in balance and our water clean. The housing crisis does not stem from not enough houses it stems from house it's more the cost of living and rent in the economy is too high your focus should be on making the economy affordable so we can buy and rent the existing houses.
