Premier Ford has a constitutionally required duty to consult with affected First Nations on Bill 5. He refuses to do so because the bill guts critical environmental protections in a naked and greedy power grab. I strongly oppose any bill that does not reflect the responsibility, under the honour of the Crown, to engage in good faith consultation with First Nations leaders. No to Bill 5!!!
