This proposal should be thrown out. The Endangered Species Act is critically important to protecting Ontario and Canada’s wildlife and wetlands, which is important for prolonged environmental sustainability.
Maintaining Ontario’s environment and focusing on sustainability is important to the future of Ontario’s agriculture and tourism industries, well as the overall wellbeing of the country.
This bill is putting monetary profit and growth for private companies ahead of the wellbeing of Ontario, its residents, and its wildlife. The Ontario government is fully capable of furthering the province while adhering to the ESA, they’re lazy, corrupt, and money-hungry.
