Hello. I am writing to oppose Bill 5. I want environmental protection to remain strong to ensure Ontario's environment is protected for future generations.

I oppose shortcuts for industry. Removing environmental protection under the guise of unleashing our economy is dishonest and won't work. Environmental degradation will end up impacting human health, food security, and biodiversity.

Do not eliminate public participation. Jonas Salk, the scientist known for his groundbreaking contributions to the development of the polio vaccine, once said "Our greatest responsibility is to be good ancestors." In Ontario, we need our leaders to be good ancestors and consider the impact of their decisions on generations beyond our own.
