I oppose Bill 5, as I oppose short-cuts for industry with no public oversight. There should be stronger protections for endangered species, and the environment. I oppose overriding the law in economic zones.
I believe this bill is a transparent attempt to repeat the Greenbelt scandal, but stripping the law's protections to the environment that prevented worse damage, and loss of greenspace to industry.
