I oppose Bill 5. I am not giving the Ontario Government total free rein to be able to pass any developments that would strip key environmental protections so they and their RICH friends can develop projects with little or no resistance. The Ford government cannot exempt themselves from following the law. They are NOT above the law. Our wildlife and habitats deserve to be protected and no tunnel should be developed. Same goes with the critical mineral mining in Northern Ontario. These projects and other should not be identified as special economic zones so the government can profit from them.
I am a resident of Ontario and a tax payer. I do not approve of this Bill 5.
