Although I agree that there is a need for speeding up the permit approval process for housing/transit/ infrastructure projects, it is critically important to not diminish the impact these projects will have on the environment and ecosystem.

Thorough research still needs to be completed to minimize impact on living creatures, especially those that are endangered. There is no going back once they become extinct from our actions.

Thus, I oppose Bill 5.

I want stronger protections for endangered species.

I oppose short cuts for industries without public oversight.

I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones.
