The scope and scale of ignorance with this proposal is breathtaking , but sadly, not unexpected from a government with a blatant bent and shocking callousness toward the wholesale destruction of the Greenbelt, in an ongoing effort to appease development firms directly connected to the Premiers office, while at the same time to exact as much damage as possible to our environment .

The act of this bill display front and centre an appalling lack of consideration for the health and well being of our local environment and the flora and fauna endemic within. By association that same shocking disregard and ignorance extends to what these actions will do to the people of Ontario in the long term, with the description of irreplaceable and unique tracts of wildlife, of farmland, of ways of life, and of the general landscape

The mindset that proposes such insanity and exacts such potential destruction on our community here is a blight.
