I do not approve of this bill. Any changes that endanger protected animals and their habitats should not be made. We need to protect Ontarios nature and green space as much as possible. These species and green areas are protected for a reason. This is not a bill Ontario needs or wants. Consult environmental specialist and actually listen to their advice.
