I oppose Bill 5
I strongly oppose special economic zones. We need to be looking more carefully into what industry is doing especially now that we have the ability to minimize our environmental impact, but industry doesn’t like to pay the cost. Public consultation and proper environmental studies are a must. I oppose overriding the law, it will lead to environmental disasters.
We have so many endangered species in Ontario and we need to make sure they are protected.
If we make shortcuts for companies it’s the public that has to pay for it later.
