The proposed changes are more detrimental to the well-being of Ontario. While we are experiencing a housing crises, these changes would only encourage building in environmental sensitive lands, and further from urban activity, having an even greater negative impact on the environment, traffic, and citizen's well-being.

Housing development shoud be encouraged within urban and suburban centers, building up density.

I oppose these changes.
