I do not support this bill, or any kind of short cuts that involve decimating our environmental protections (which are already too lax as it is). This is the wrong time to be cutting back environmental protections, when extreme weather, biodiversity loss and the very real impacts of the climate crisis (including the economic implications for regular, every day citizens) are here and happening to us now.

I strongly oppose Bill 5. It does not support or acknowledge the true needs of every day Ontarians. Prioritizing industry over endangered species, our ecosystems, and our people is NOT the answer.
