I oppose Bill 5. I believe we need strong environmental protections in Ontario to preserve our unique ecosystem and natural world. I oppose shortcuts for industry with no public oversight. The public should have a voice in construction projects that take place in their communities, especially those with longterm environmental impact. I oppose policy changes that would threaten endangered species and call on the government to strengthen protections for these species, not reduce them. I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones.
