This sounds an awful lot like ‘it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission’. Redefining habitats, removing reviewal processes, and allowing government to define what’s endangered, all with the expressed goal of expediting growth is a recipe for ecological disaster. So sad. Definitely do not support.
