I cannot understand how a government can even suggest such a proposal! Have we not learned by now that when we take away one level it weakens the rest until eventually we have a total collapse. There has to be checks and balances in place to ensure that one sect cannot become the ultimate decision maker. The ecosystem needs us, please do not allow this to happen!
