Passing this bill simultaneously railroads indigenous rights and protection of our environment. This bill will allow companies to proceed with little oversight, and disregard any environmental protections. This will further endanger our wildlife and our earth.
Indigenous people’s voices are not being heard, and should be consulted on matters that directly affect their lands and livelihoods. This bill is terrible!
