I oppose Bill 5. These regulations were put into place for a reason. Bypassing and creating these short cuts are going to harm the people that live or will live in these areas. So you build a building where you probably shouldn't.. what happens, coyotes and other animals get displaced and they go to other urban areas, or you simply mistakenly build something on a wetland, and then your construction zone is sinking and destroyed within 10 years. There are multiple consequences to your actions. But you don't care because you won't be around any more to see and feel those consequences. If you want to leave behind a great legacy, do it correctly and fairly and safely where the people will uphold your decision... and we don't mean your developer friends.
