Maintaining full protection of endangered species is vital for the health of the environment. There is scientific evidence that the health of animals within their ecosystem benefits the health of the ecosystem itself AND the health of humans around them. We cannot continue to destroy our already precarious environment. Our health and the health of the next generations depend on it. We must continue finding ways to continue to build affordable housing without sacrificing endangered species and the tragic consequences that come with that. Maintain full protection of all endangered species in Ontario. Full stop.
