The current approach to the protection and conservation of species at risk is is necessary. , takes long because it is complicated, but that is necessary. There are no shortcuts when it comes to due diligence of surveying the impact that infrastructure will have on our environment. It may delay time for developing housing, transit, and critical infrastructure but that is no excuse to sell our environment short.
