I, an Ottawa resident and lifetime ontarian do not support this bill.
Strong environmental protections are of the utmost importance particularly in this day and age.
These changes are the beginning of a slippery slope to put industry above our environment and will do nothing but eventually harm the average ontarian. Green spaces and nature are extremely important to the health of ontarians and having a healthy thriving ecosystem should not be taken lightly.
Environment first, industry last always! Stop trying to help your rich friends get richer and actually do something good for all residents of Ontario (including the plants and animals)
You heard us scream to get away from the green belt, but you thought we’d turn a blind eye to this? You’ve angered ontarians again with this horrible idea. Don’t you dare do it!
