It is nonsensical that entities can start activities after having only registered, before review and impact assessments are complete, before all stakeholders and experts have been heard. Similar to Therme at Ontario Place, the damage will be done before the real impact is revealed, and it'll be too late then. I want stronger environmental protections and the protection of endangered species. I oppose shortcuts favouring short-term gains for industry.
