Very worried by this proposal. In the time of climate change and endangered species, including plants, we need to ensure that land is thoroughly inspected before developers destroy the habitat. This proposal suggests that developers can simply register then build, it’s like asking for forgiveness for destroying the environment instead of ensuring it is ok to build on that land. Too many forests have been destroyed this way.
