I, without question, do not support this bill. We cannot continue to prioritize the economy over environmental protections when there will not even be an economy to prioritize within our lifetime as we continue to destroy our green spaces. Investing in our futures means ensuring there will be a safe and green world for furutr generations to live in. Additionally, I do not under any circumstances trust Ford and his government to be in charge of determining development permits for our green spaces. That trust was lost after the Greenbelt and Ontario Place scandals. This is just more of the same grabs at power thinly veiled behind an "environmental protection" bill and I do not support it.
