York 1 does not care that many of the landmark buildings that we have are regarded as cultural heritage assets and they are all protected legally to make certain they are safeguarded.

York 1 are disingenuous with their information to our community. York 1 posted one of their EROs to discharge onsite ditch and storm water ponds that will drain into Molly’s Creek, that is the refuge to 80 species of fish and 34 freshwater mussels including endangered species that flows into the Sydenham River. The ERO was closed for comments before any public knowledge of the site was proposed to residents that it significantly impacts.

York 1 landfill proposed site is less than 1 km from our town and schools and will cause acute and long term health threats, with upsettingly, no consistancy for an environmental assessment.

Not even a thought for a prerequisite on a 40 plus year old document with a historical zoning designation, that is not equal in any shape or form from past use.
York 1s is being pushed along using a totally new proposal using old records.

Dresden needs this landfill scheme for profit to themselves and the Conservatives to go back to where it came from.

Leave Dresden out of this monopoly game and carry out a full environmental assessment to show this site is what the town is Dresden citizens all know.
