I do not, under any circumstances, want Premier Doug Ford and his Greenbelt scandal developer cronies to be able to bypass the governmental regulations. This applies especially in the case of environmental regulations of the Endangered Species Act.
* I would like the Endangered Species Act to be strengthened, not gutted. *
I believe *NO ONE* must be allowed to ignore or bypass the Environmental Bill of Rights, or any other municipal, provincial or federal laws.
Archaeological assessments are vital any time any artifacts are discovered, as once a site is destroyed, all knowledge contained therein is lost.
As such, indigenous communities must be involved in deciding what is of cultural or historical significance.
