What idiot proposed this. Nobody wants this except the developers and the politicians and people who benefit from it!!!!
Do not do this. It is an insult to any sort of environmental protection.
What is the point of having an endangered species act if whoever wants to ruin the habitat can start doing so without the ministry approving. That is not protecting anything but the people trying to make money off of invaluable resources.
We can build and rebuild buildings but we cannot rebut a whole god damn habitat. Whoever is supporting this only cares about money. End of story.
Dear government, please stop disappointing us and do not allow this.
