Our conservation efforts need a revamp, but NOT UNDER THIS GOVERNMENT. We need STRONGER protection, including from corrupt government officials like Ford.
Ecological protection is complex and time consuming because... Surprise! So is ecological study. Ffs how can policymakers be so uninformed about the most basic of concepts.
Ford's Conservatives are already proven corrupted liars in regards to conservation. Ford's apology regarding the greenbelt scandal now certainly meant nothing, as i suspected. He should be in jail for fraud.
Anything short of adding further recourse for protections against governments and NO removals of protections will end very badly for developers. It will be quite costly and dangerous.
