This act is an abomination in terms of how it opens the door to unaccountable environmental destruction, political favouritism, and lack of planning for the future. If our government wants to reform environmental law it should be doing so in a way that creates a clearer, more precise plan for future generations rather than paving the way for faster, less responsible development.
