The people of the Dresden, ON and surrounding communities do not want a dump?
Why is this site being entertained when it doesn't even follow proper setbacks from a town?
Why do you place a landfill that will most definitely drain into the Sydenham River, home of many species at risk?
Why do you feel it appropriate to place this landfill in a flood zone?
It isn't just Dresden that will be affected. Whatever route these trucks take off the 402 or 401, will affect the communities negatively with their noise, wafting smell, the garbage they secrete along the way, not to mention the toll the increased heavy traffic will take on the roads.
How about Wallaceburg and Walpole Island? They will not enjoy a polluted Sydenham downstream the the proposed dump.
Maybe you should take to the people of Walpole... how will it affect generations to come?
There is no benefit to the people of Dresden and surrounding area, just a big dirty dump, that will only lower the quality of life for the inhabitants in and along the Sydenham River.
