This Bill gives the green light to begin possible destruction of habitat and other harmful acts to the proposed environments with little to no oversight. A simple registration form before they can begin development is less than what the average home owner needs for basic home renovations. I would like to see stronger environmental and endangered species protections not more loose restrictions that big developers, without a doubt, will take advantage of.
