Why is this being rushed through without fanfare or giving the public time to see what is happening?
The native flora and fauna are important to most of us and once their protection is taken away it is a very slippery slope to totally not caring what happens to them. Once they are gone there is no bringing them back.
I see the effects of over development in my area where large tracts of forest are destroyed in order to build some houses or offices. The poor deer and moose are either wandering around the ravaged landscape (no doubt wondering what happened to their home) and then they move away, never to return.
Please take a look at this proposal again and maybe have a town hall where people can come and discuss it. It is much too important to leave to the developers who obviously don't have the well being of wildlife as their priority.
Thank you
