The process needs to be "slow and complex" to ensure the actual safety, consideration, and conservation of the remaining natural areas in Ontario. Altering the definition of what a habitat is, and making these permits easier than ever to obtain is a crime against our natural resources and native species who depend on them. I oppose bill 5. Endangered species protections need to remain, or you will prove to all of Canada that Ontario is more unwise than the extinct dodo bird.
