Throwing money at volunteers to restore habits that should be protected in the first place shows that this bill is there to help developers and not there to ensure the environment is protected. This approach will cause the endangered species list to skyrocket. Making rich people richer cannot be the end goal, we must protect our natural resources and respect our environment.
