Dresden, Ontario does not…

Dresden, Ontario does not need to be the recipient of a landfill/recycling facility. Can the materials not be processed closer to their origin? Why, instead of reacting to whatever external forces are causing you to want to create a dump within 1km of a small town, why isn't the company/the ministry working together to come up with more productive solutions to Ontario's garbage issues instead of this band-aid fix? Why can't the waste be processed where it originates?
Rural Ontario is not a giant landfill for Toronto.
