Bill 5 is an attack on civil liberties, the environment and indigenous rights.
It gives the government unprecedented control over the province, including the ability to exempt individuals and corporations from provincial and municipal laws and bypass consultation with Indigenous communities.
This undermines our democracy.
Premier Ford promised to protect Ontario. This does the opposite. This bill must not proceed.
