We should uphold the endangered species act for all areas of Ontario without exception. What good is a law that we repeal to protect the environment that is thrown away when corporate interests come knocking. It turns a law into a hurdle.
Case and point the damage has already been done to Ontario place and we're already seeing the repercussions. If we want our laws to mean something they should be upheld. And only changed if we can prove that doing so upholds the spirit of the law more so than the law currently does.
