This Bill is ridiculous. It should be completely scrapped. These are major changes that should have involved consultation from experts and the public. The Ford government is on the wrong side of history and will be judged. Everyone involved with these changes should be ashamed. People will die as a result of decreased oversight and arms length evaluation.
