This bill is wrong and clearly set-up to bypass the current regulations in place by setting up a precedent that the need for infrastructure and housing is more important, and because of that we should avoid proper checks and balances. Our endangered habitats and species are an important part of the ecosystem and should be cherished and properly maintained not plowed over without any forethought. Rather than pushing an obvious power grab of a bill through, we should revaluate our zoning laws and focus more on proper public transit to ease our need on "critical infrastructure" like a silly vanity project like the proposed 401 tunnel. I do not support this bill and nor should anyone who actually cares about a cleaner and healthier future for fellow Canadians.
