What is referred to as "streamlining the approval process" to "benefit the people of Ontario" would do nothing of the sort. The idea that land occupied by an endangered species or an archaeological site can be mined or built upon without a second thought is reckless and short sighted. This will do irreversable harm to our land and culture. As one of the people of Ontario, I am disgusted. I urge you to not pass this bill. It would sacrifice our future and erode the beauty of our land for a quick buck.
