Re: Bill 5 and Ford's destructive policies
" How strange. No government has been able to make a railway or road through the muskeg surrounding the Ring of Fire for 200 years. Everything sinks into the mud. Attawapiskat's water is poisonous from mercury, meaning the area had to be vacated.
So what happened between 30 September 2024, when Macleans Magazine published this article about protests for and against developing the Ring of Fire, and now? Why is Ford all of a sudden so confident he can connect the Ring of Fire to Highway 11 and get those stranded resources to market?
Do all of the First Nations involved support the road building and mines 8 months later?"

We need to protect our Environment and our Natural Resources - land, waters, air, plants, animals, and
all other living parts of our vital Eco-system. We cannot continue to destroy Nature and still expect to
survive. We are all in a Climate Crisis. We need to be responsible and say 'NO more!'
STOP Bill 5 and it's .
