No project should be exempt…

No project should be exempt from the Environmental Bill of Rights. Ontarians must always have the right to: 1) engage meaningfully in decisions that affect public spaces and the environment; 2) to influence better environmental outcomes; 3) to hold the government accountable for its decisions, and 4) to access to the courts to protect the environment. The Environmental Bill of Rights is necessary to sustain these rights.
