There is no reason to put so much at risk for slim benefits. Sustainable and mindful development can happen without massive shifts in power and disgraceful actions against the indigenous people who live here.
I strongly opposes this change. The harm it will bring will kill people, communities and ecosystems.
Do not weaken protections and gouge resources at your whim. Invest in these places.
