I live on a farm which has already been compromised by an illegal operation beside me. The neighbours have filled in a natural waterway and have been breaking the noise by law since 2011. This is a well documented issue with my Township wherein the Township has not responded in any way to correct this situation. The illegal operation wants to expand behind my house and now I suggest they will. What rights do people like I have who live in the Greenbelt with the intention of actually protecting the waterways and the land use?
