This proposal is a selfish and irresponsible money grab. You are declaring open season on every single natural space developers can get their greedy hands on. This will not benefit the public, will not result in any sort of long term gain, and is detrimental to the environment and the well-being of Canadians. Have you lost your mind? We are watching the train wreck that is the US and its lack of corporate regulation accelerate more and more every day. Now is a good time to pivot instead of throwing Canadians to the wolves, too.
